MERCER JACK - Dorothy and family of the late Jack wish to thank most sincerely relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards and kind expressions of sympathy and generous donations received for British Heart Foundation and St. Catherine's Hospice. Special thanks to doctors and nurses at Coronary Care Ward, Chorley hospital, paramedics and patient transport for all their assistance over the past months, Doctors France & Jones at Withnell Health Centre and staff at Withnell Pharmacy. Also Rev. Graham Cutler for the lovely service, prayers and words of comfort and B. Livesey for caring & dignified funeral arrangments.
