Karen Livesey, 54, of Dunkirk Lane, Leyland, was fined £40 by Chorley magistrates for driving at a speed of more than the legal 30mph. She was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £30 court costs. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

The offence happened in Garstang Road on May 19 last year.

Charlene Danielle Masterson, 30, of Kiln Court, Chorley, was fined £120 for driving without valid insurance when she appeared at Chorley Magistrates’ Court. She also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Her driving record was endorsed and she was disqualified from driving for 14 days. The offence happened in Canterbury Street, Chorley, on June 24 last year.

Sharon Ann Turner, 47, of Park Road, Chorley, was fined £40 at Chorley Magistrates’ Court by failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

She also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Her driving record was endorsed with three points. The offence happened on June 20.

Jayne McMullen, 52, of Draperfield, Chorley, was fined £40 at Chorley Magistrates’ Court for driving at a speed exceeding the legal 30mph in Guildway, Preston. She also pad to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

The offence happened on July 3.

Peter Fadden, 62, of Bredon Avenue, Euxton, was fined £220 at Preston Magistrates’ Court for owning a vehicle which did not meet the relevant insurance requirement. He also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

The offence happened on July 27.
