Chorley Football Club are urging the town to shout them into the Football Conference on Saturday afternoon.

The Magpies will be hosting Guiseley in the Vanarama Conference North play-off

final at the Chorley Group

Victory Park stadium (kick-off 3pm).

This comes after a most amazing win on Saturday when Garry Flitcroft’s men defied all odds to win their play-off semi-final at Boston United.

Chorley trailed 2-0 early in the second half and were still 2-1 behind in injury time when Adam Roscoe scored a sensational overhead kick.

That took the game into extra-time when Roscoe was sent off, but the Magpies still weren’t beaten as they won the tie 5-4 in a penalty shoot-out

thanks to the heroics

of goalkeeper Sam
