It feels so private yet has all the amenities within walking distance and convenience of all requirements. Easy to maintain and a pleasure to call home.
2 What have you done to the property?
Tastefully redecorated throughout to a high standard, hopefully creating a real sense of luxury, style and warmth. It has been a pleasure to live in. Ready to just walk in and enjoy.
3 What is your favourite room and why?
My bedroom which is a large, spacious room and the velux windows let in so much light, even on a grey day! Making it feel so private too. It feels like my own, decadent, self-contained master suite, by it having a separate walkway from the landing and spacious en suite. There is a huge amount of wardrobe space which is handy! I like the high A shaped ceiling in there too, creating a feature and even more space.
4 Why are you selling?
My two lovely daughters have left home. My eldest to further her career in London and the youngest is just about to graduate from university also. I have more room than I require now so am looking to downsize, so would consider a part exchange.
5 What will you miss most about moving?
Everything! I love this home; it is a real pleasure to live here, proud to welcome visitors who always comment how idyllic it is in every aspect. The luxury and easiness of being completely finished to exacting standards and the space and privacy the home offers. The fully enclosed garden areas for entertaining and the lovely walks along the river and fields. The beautiful surrounding areas, perfect for runs out and excellent restaurants and country pubs.
6 How close are the amenities?
Walking distance from the local convenience store and post office, bus stop for all schools, both private and comprehensive. Walking distance to the primary school and outstanding park and play area, tennis courts in the village. Yet close to all major road networks, shops and first class restaurants.
