Tenants of Chorley Community Housing (CCH) who fancy the challenge of putting together a residents' newsletter are being invited to come forward.
The social landlord, which produces an in-house newsletter that is delivered to all 3,000 tenants, is looking for tenants to join its editorial panel.
CCH produces the newsletter twice a year and is looking for three tenants to help put the newsletter together.
The role of the panel is to come up with ideas for articles to go into the newsletter and then check the different stories once they have been written.
Resident involvement officer Sam Ryan, who works with tenants to produce the newsletter for CCH, said: "Tenants' Talk comes out twice a year.
"The articles are written for the newsletter by staff and residents. The role of the editorial panel is to help make sure that what goes in the newsletter is what tenants want to read."
The role is voluntary and might suit someone who is out of work or retired.
Travel expenses will be paid by CCH.
Richard Houghton, director of operations for CCH, said: "Our tenant newsletter Tenants' Talk is well read and very popular with tenants. However, it's a twice yearly publication and we're not looking to rival the Chorley and Leyland Guardian, so Guardian editor Chris Maguire can sleep easily at night!"
