A fourth woman has been given an ASBO after targeting vulnerable people.
Chorley Magistrates’ Court granted the order yesterday for Andrena Kelly (above), 36, of John Street, Coppull.
ASBOs have already been given against Emma Reeves, 36, of Princess Street, Chorley; Tracy Halliday, 40, of Chester Place, Adlington; and Lesley Bennett, 36, of Ashby Street, Chorley.
Police gathered evidence showing they had stolen from vulnerable people and offered sexual services for money. They believe there could be more than 40 victims.
The ASBOs include conditions such as bans from sheltered housing, possessing someone else’s bank card or ID, and offering any services for gain other than legitimate employment.
