Top chef Aazam Ahmed cooked up a storm when he hosted a demonstration for pupils from Chorley schools.
He chose Holy Cross Catholic High School for a cookery demonstration for pupils in years nine and 10, along with pupils from Parklands and Southlands high schools and Albany Academy.
Aazam, who was named BBC Fusion Chef of the Year, cooked an array of dishes and was joined by pupils and staff, who helped to prepare marinades and chop vegetables.
His visit came ahead of next weekend’s Chorley Food Festival, where Aazam will be one of the celebrity chefs.
He also announced the finalists for the Chorley Schools Cook-Off , who will cook their signature dishes on stage with Aazam next Saturday as part of the festival.
