On yer bike . . . folk saddled up in Chorley town centre on Saturday to celebrate all things cycling.
Part of Chorley Council’s Get Up and Cycle event, lots of people took part in cycling challenges and found out about the cycling groups and services.
More than 40 people took part in two specially-arranged Sky Ride Locals around Chorley, led by British Cycling Ride Leaders and children were treated to a trikes and pedal cars grand prix race on the Flat Iron.
Ribble Valley Juniors cycling club had a special go ride course for youngsters in Astley Park’s Walled Garden.
People tried out Active Nation’s Trix Bike simulators, picked up information from Chorley Cycling Club and were given a demonstration of how the Wheels for All Adapted hand bikes can help people with reduced mobility in their lower body and had their bike marked by Lancashire Police.
