Fire-hit Chorley pub reopens

A Chorley pub that was badly damaged in a fire on Friday has reopened.

Drinkers and workers at the Yarrow Bridge - also known as Millers - in Bolton Road could only watch on helplessly as four fire engines tackled the blaze in the living quarters.

The inferno knocked out power to the populur venue, forcing its immediate closure.

On Friday a spokesman for the owners Punch Taverns said it was closed indefinitely but locals say it reopened over the weekend.
