Food lovers are in for a treat this weekend at the first Chorley Food Festival.
More than 60 stalls will sell food from around the world on the Flat Iron car park, in Chorley town centre, on Saturday and Sunday.
Among the highlights will be BBC Fusion Chef of the Year, Aazam Ahmed, sharing his culinary skills.
Also there will be Chorley chefs: Ruth Potts, from Cakes By Ruth; Kevin Bath, from The Spinners at Cowling; and Chris Rawlinson, from The Red Cat.
The festival will have cookery demonstrations, a bar, competitions, samples and an area for children.
Entertainment will include the Camp Cooks, a team of 1950s-style drag queens.
And high school pupils will take part in a cook-off on stage, cooking dishes to be tasted by the Mayor of Chorley, Coun John Walker.

They hope visitors will flock to Chorley town centre to enjoy the attractions and help to raise money for the carnival, which will be held from June 6 to 8 at Astley Park.
Paul Wilkins, carnival committee chairman, said: “I hope that everybody will come along and enjoy the food over the two days.
“We have got local chefs involved and local demonstrators. The food is from all over the country and from all over the world.”
And organisers are already considering turning the festival into an annual event, if it proves to be a success.
Paul said: “It’s worked in other towns so we hope it will work here.
“If it helps raise a bit more money for putting the carnival on, that’s a good thing and our charities will benefit from it.”
The food festival will be opened at 11am on Saturday by the Mayor of Chorley and runs until 6pm each day.
