Flasher spotted at Chorley school gates

Children at Duke Street Primary School and the nearby nursery have been sent home with letters after reports of a man exposing himself at the school gates.

Sue Conron, headteacher at Duke Street Nursery School, said: "We've written to our parents to let them know about the incident.

"We have advised parents to be vigilant whilst at the same time not causing any undue alarm to their children."

A parent of a child at the school said: "It's a worry but the school have been great."

A 46-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
