Man accused of drugs conspiracy
A man accused of paying for flights to Trinidad to supply cocaine is due back in court next month.
Philip Michael Anthony Jennings, 23, is on conditional bail until October 25 when he faces trial at Preston Crown Court.
Jennings, of Stephenson Street in Chorley, is accused of conspiring with three other people to supply 2.271kg of cocaine on or between August 1 2008 and December 1 2008.
And he is also accused of concealing 3,843.40 by means of supplying cash to fund the flights and accommodation in Trinidad to help with the supply of cocaine into the United Kingdom.
He also faces charges of possession of a small amount of the drug and of 1.28g of cannabis.
Martin David Kiley, 29, of Wordsworth Terrace in Chorley, faces the same charges, except cocaine possession.
He was also released on conditional bail until October 25 by Chorley Magistrates.
