Have your say

The Chorley Guardian is to host a political debate featuring the six people hoping to represent you in Westminster after next month’s General Election.

On Wednesday, April 29 – eight days before polling day on May 7 – Lindsay Hoyle (Labour), who was MP until Parliament was dissolved, will go head-to-head with Rob Loughenbury (Conservatives), Mark Smith (UKIP), Stephen Fenn (Liberal Democrats), Alistair Straw (Greens) and Michael Flanagan
(Independent).

The debate – with Guardian columnist Tony Dawber acting as the MC – takes place at Chorley Little Theatre from 7.30pm and you can be in attendance, and even ask the candidates a question.

If you want a chance to quiz the MP hopefuls on the night, email your suggested question to gaynor.clarke@jpress.co.uk.

It will be a ticket-only event but tickets are free.

Donations will be collected on the night for Chorley Little Theatre.
