A Clayton-le-Woods teen who terrorised residents and staff in a town centre shop has been banned from going near the premises.
Zak Cain, 15, of Mendip Road, was behind an record of nuisance, including abuse of staff at the JSM Furniture shop in Towngate, Leyland.
He has been handed a two-year anti-social behaviour order at Chorley Magistrates’ Court which bars him from going into an area of the town centre, the shop and from associating with certain people.
The order states that he must not enter an area of Leyland between Golden Hill Lane, School Lane, King Street and Chapel Brow.
He must not enter or remain on any educational building in South Ribble or enter JSM Furniture store on Towngate.
He must not associate with Jack Turner, 18, Lewis Evenson, 16, Brendan Benson, 16, Marc Garside, 15, and Ben Zac Collins, 18. He is also banned from associating with Jordan Smith, 20, in the area of Leyland in which he is banned.
He must not be drunk in a public place, act in an anti-social manner or use threatening or intimidating language or behaviour. He must not consume or possess alcohol in a public place unless in the company of his parents or Susan Sharples or Leanne Cain. The order will remain in place until August 22, 2013.
