The new-look Chorley Guardian is jam-packed!

This week the Chorley Guardian has relaunched with a new look.

Packed with a host of new sections, including a 10-page entertainment and What’s On guide, it is full of news and features from around the borough.

The old favourites are still there, such as Flashback and Retro, restaurant reviews and an extended letters page.

But we hope that new features, such as the weekly Big Interview and dedicated Health and Education pages, will give our readers even more to enjoy on a Wednesday.

This week’s first Big Interview feature sees chief reporter Natalie Banks talk to a reverend who has kept a 70-year weather log!

And the front page contains an exclusive interview with the father of a Chorley woman who has just returned home after spending 15 months in hospital, following a tragic quad bike accident in Australia.

We’re expecting the new column from reporter Gordon McCully, called Down the Pub, to become a firm favourite with our readers, and there are now also film, book and music reviews, a Weekend Walk guide, and events listings.

The Sport, Property and Motors sections are as full as ever, and the business page also includes more stores than before.

So pick up a copy of the new-look Guardian today, and let us know what you think.
