Chorley FC safe in the UniBond First Division

Chorley look set to remain in the UniBond First division next season.
The Football Association have agreed to allow Newcastle Blue Star to return to the Northern League meaning no teams will drop of the UniBond First Division North.

- Meanwhile Tony Hesketh has made his second addition to the club with former Chorley striker Ian Barker arriving at the club.

The former Manchester United apprentice returns for his third spell at the club after helping Bacup Borough knock Barrow out of the Lancashire Challenge trophy earlier this season.
