Chorley Ju-Jitsu is going from strength-to-strength.
Founder of the club Les Mitchell, and members Louise Riding and Mike Fletcher, recently passed their gradings with the World Ju-Jitsu Federation.

All three have been training for these belts at the Eaves Green Community Centre in Chorley.

Anyone can attend the centre on Wednesday evening between 7pm-8pm or on Sunday between 2pm-3.30pm.

Fellow member Barry Holden said: "Ju-Jitsu is the oldest form of martial art. It involves everything from kicking, punching and blocking. We've got about 20 members and it's open to all ages and both sexes."
