The visitors’ fans boycotted the match after the kick-off was brought forward to 12.30pm, but police say there were no arrests on the day.

A Richie Allen double, and a 91st minute goal from Chorley-based Michael Barnes, ensured a rerun of last season’s play-off final will now take place at Kellamergh Park on Saturday.
