A BRACE of goals by midfield maestro Adam Roscoe and another strike by top-scorer Steve Foster were enough to see Chorley book their place in the play-offs with the potential of a final at Victory Park.

The Magpies always knew it was going to be a tough challenge against one of their play-off rivals Bradford Park Avenue but they got off to the perfect start when experienced Roscoe scored from an overhead kick after nine minutes.

However, Bradford pulled one goal back after the break but the scores were only level for five minutes as Roscoe’s rocket soared into the top of the net from 20 yards.

With time running out, Foster put the icing on the cake when fired home from close-range to make it 3-1.
