Blackpool 123-9 Chorley 101 all out
Chorley suffered a batting collapse in their quest to move up the league losing by 22 runs to Blackpool.
Andy Holdsworth’s side started well by restricting the hosts to 123-9 in their 45 overs.
Iain Critchley (3-30) and Grav Dhar (3-45) did most of the damage with the ball while Will Moulton, Kieran McCullagh and Billy Smith all chipped in on the wicket-taking.
In reply, the visitors were 4-1 in reply but they were against the ropes at 36-5 chasing the target of 123.
They rallied to 97-7 but the wheels came off as Chorley were all out for 101.
