The Reverend is heading to Preston – with tickets on sale tomorrow morning at 9am.
Sheffield’s swaggering indie rockers Reverend & The Makers, playing 53 Degrees on Friday, February 28.
Led by Jon McClure, who recorded original demos with members of the Arctic Monkeys, the group fuses a combination of indie rock, electro and funk to create a signature sound, which has earned them headline tours across the UK, and widespread critical acclaim.
The debut album The State of Things in 2007 acted as a springboard before single Heavyweight Champion of the World shot into the UK Top 10.
They supported Oasis and played with the Manc rockers at Wembley Stadium as well as touring with Ian Brown.
McClure has even been known to put on an acoustic gig in the car park of most venues so eyes peeled on Twitter on the day of the gig.
Tickets cost £13.50. See www.53degrees.net.
