Yorkshire rockers Terrorvision are back from Oblivion for a show at 53 Degrees.
A stripped down version of the Tequila stars, featuring founder member and vocalist Tony Wright and Milton “Milly” Evans, arrives at the Brook Street venue on Sunday, 15th December, for a show called Acoustic TV.
Although they’ve come back together before, Terrorvision are currently on a seemingly long term hiatus again.
But Wright began playing a mix of acoustic Terrorvision hits and pared back versions of solo tunes and songs from his side project, Laika Dog, on tour with The Almighty’s Ricky Warwick, this summer.
Now he and Milly are taking this acoustic show out on the road again.
Tony said: “The Terrorvision engine was all stripped down and put under cover till we get the fuel to start it up again and I thought I need a new vehicle.”
Expect music of the future and of the past at this show, which is a must for any old Terrorvision fans starved of hearing their heroes’ tunes live.
Doors open at 53 Degrees’ upstairs club room from 7.30pm
Tickets are £10 plus booking fee and are still on sale from the box office on 01772 893000 or online at www.53degrees.net
