Animal Eric tops bill at Rhythm & Blues bash

Elsewhere on the bill of this special 25th anniversary festival are Lucky Peterson, Eric Sardinas, Otis Grand, Mike Sanchez, Andy Fairweather Low, The Yardbirds and Dr Feelgood.

The festival draws crowds from the length and breadth of the UK, as well as Europe and the US, and was last year named Best Festival at the European Blues Awards.

More than 600 artistes will play over the four days.

Festival organiser Alison Goode said: “Every year we try to cater for all musical tastes and we are really excited by the line-up we have already secured.

“This will be an anniversary to remember.”
