Dance away the heartache

As part of their autumn tour, The Lowry’s Artists-in-Residence, Company Chameleon, return to Live at LICA at Lancaster University next Wednesday with a dance double-bill of Pictures We Make and Eden.

The latter is a newly-commissioned work for four dancers by acclaimed choreographic duo Goddard Nixon, featuring an original score by John Matthias.

It is a powerful and poetic exploration of intense obsession and enduring relationships.

The second show of the evening sees company founders Anthony Missen and Kevin Edward Turner present a new creation, Pictures We Make.

Sourced from stories and experiences from the long shared history of the performers the piece brings together four performers with an original score by Spanish musician and composer Miguel Marin.
