“We are really excited about coming to The Grand as we have been trying to organise a show there for the past two-and-halfyears,” says Kevin Oliver-Jones who plays the role of bassist John Paul Jones.

“The Grand has a great reputation. It’s a shame that the Lez Zeppelin tour was cancelled, but we’re happy to be able to fill the void for all those Zeppelin fans hoping to share in the music of the band. We had to rearrange our anniversary show back home to make it happen, so we will be especially charged for this one!”

The Agents Association of Great Britain have crowned them the Official UK No.1 Tribute to the gods of rock and the band performed at the first UK Tribute Awards in 2013.

“Sometimes there is a stigma with tribute bands, but the thing with us is that we were all involved with theatre and music and we started the band as a bit of a laugh,” adds Kevin.

The name Hats Off to Led Zeppelin references the song “Hats Off to Roy Harper” – the last song on their 1970 album “Led Zeppelin III”.

“I was a little surprised no one had used it before!” added Kevin. “It’s perfect for us as what we try to do is tip our hat to them. They are the original and best.”
