Slyding into New Year
A change of personnel to the band Slyder has left Norman Roberts as the only original member left as he forges ahead with his new line-up.
Joining lead vocalist Norman is lead guitarist Mike Walsh, a man of many talents.
If it has got strings, he can play it.

Hide AdOn bass guitar for the foreseeable future is Dougie Dixon, a man in much demand, who links up very well with the drummer Tom Watson.
With a list as long as your arm of classic covers, the band kicked off BJ’s Christmas Bash at The Minstrel, in Eaves Green, with Joe Bonamassa’s D’Jango.
That was followed by Cocaine, The Animals’ hit We Gotta Get Out Of This Place, Black Magic Woman, Love Potion 9 by The Searchers, Need Your Love, The Thrill is Gone and Somebody by The Eagles to finish the first set.
The second set burst to life with Before You Accuse Me, Route 66, Rock Me Baby, covers from Bad Co, Buddy Guy, The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Gary Moore, and the Doobie Brothers.
