Lancs acts bringing smiles

Chorley Little Theatre just goes from strength to strength and is building a reputation for bringing some top-notch acts to the town. So, it is no suprise that the line-up in the coming weeks includes both TV regular Johnny Vegas and Lancaster-born comedian Jon Richardson, star of 8 Out of 10 Cats

Vegas will be in conversation with BBC Radio Lancashire presenter Steve Royle, who will be chatting to him about his life and what led him into the spotlight.

He will reveal how an 11-year-old Catholic trainee called Michael Pennington ended up as Johnny Vegas, a fearlessly confessional stand-up comedian.

Tickets for the November 5 event are £20, including a signed book, from Chorley’s Ebb and Flow Books and Malcolm’s Musicland.
