Wrestler turns stand up comic
Former wrestler Nigel McGuinness will watch his onetime opponents getting thrown round the ring tonight - before tossing off a few one liners!
The star, whose career hopes were dashed by hepatitis, is guest of honour at the first night of Preston City Wrestling’s Two Night Supershow at Lava Ignite, tonight.
Then he will dash up the road to top the bill at The Frog and Bucket’s Comedy Slam night. Nigel is on his first full UK comedy tour after turning to stand up as a new career.
