All staff very relatable, they get to know each resident personally, they go above and beyond to meet my father's needs which can be very challenging at times. My father is always clean, shaven hair and teeth cared for, and a big plus they never lose his glasses. Excellent place, would highly recommend to anyone, very warm and loving. An extra thank you to laundry staff.’
