Lyndsey Kiley is an Associate Cilex Lawyer having joined the firm in 2007. Lyndsey is a member of the Law Society’s Family Panel and also a member of the Resolution Panel, a national organisation of family lawyers and other professionals who are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. Lyndsey has a wealth of experience and knowledge in dealing with all aspects of family law, including contested matters that proceed to court. Lyndsey is able to provide expert, bespoke advice on all family law matters.

Lauren Townson, an experienced Solicitor, joined Marsden Rawsthorn in 2015. Lauren is a member of the Resolution Panel and has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of family law, including contested matters that proceed to Court. Having recently returned from maternity leave, Lauren is ready and able to support clients with her depth of expertise and knowledge.

Jodie Penketh qualified as a Solicitor with a Manchester firm in September 2022 and joined Marsden Rawsthorn in May this year. Jodie, a member of the Resolution Panel, is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, providing sound, clear and practical advice.

Kimberley Emmett is an experienced Paralegal having worked in Family Law since 2007. Kimberley manages her own cases dealing with all aspects of family law. Kimberley is a member of the Resolution Panel.
