Care workers could save thousands on new home in Preston development

Homebuilder Anwyl Homes is offering those who qualify the chance to save up to £7,500 off the price of a new home.

The discount sees £500 off for every £25,000 spent on a new home, up to a maximum discount of £7,500.

And it is available across all of Anwyl’s developments, including Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood, a scheme of just 26 homes close to the Royal Preston Hospital.

Using the scheme an eligible purchaser could receive a £6,500 discount off the price of a four-bedroom Ascot style home at Bluebell Meadows. Available on the open market from £336,995, using the NHS and care worker discount would reduce the price to £330,495.
