FREE: Lock Fest 2018, Chorley, Saturday, July 21
Lock Fest returns for 2018 and this year it’s going to be bigger than ever. There is a huge lineup featuring Nicole Parkinson, Connor Banks, 53 Degrees North, Clean Break, Man Of Science , The Jake Heaton Band, Dirty Bare Feet, Strumtap, and AVISO. The artists will all be appearing on an outdoor stage and barbecue food is available all day. All ages welcome. It’s at the Lock & Quay from 2pm until 11pm.
FREE: St Laurence’s Car Boot Sale, Chorley, Saturday, July 21
Car boot sale to be held in the grounds of St Laurence’s Church. Refectory open for refreshments. Runs from 10am until 1pm at St Laurence’s Church, Chorley. Grab yourself a bargain.
FREE: Guided Ramble, Hutton, Wednesday, July 18
Meet at the Anchor Inn, Liverpool Road, Hutton for this free guided ramble. Rambles are expected to take around 2 to 3 hours. All start at 10am prompt. Suitable clothing, including sturdy footwear is essential.
FREE: Blood Bikes, Adlington, Saturday, July 21
Head to Adlington Library for a talk by a member of the Blood Bike service about the vital service they provide - he might even have his bike to show you. Runs from 10am until 12pm. Contact the library for more details.
FREE: July Coffee Morning, Chorley, Saturday, July 21
The Community Centre Trust will be holding a Coffee Morning between 10am-12pm at the Scout Hut on Charter Lane. There will be tea, coffee, cakes, bingo, a raffle and a book exchange. Families are welcome.
