A Lancashire firm is celebrating after scooping double honours at the Northern Design Awards.
SDA Architecture Ltd is led by husband and wife team Simon and Katie Lewis-Pierpoint.
The firm, based in Chorley, has a wealth of experience in creating bespoke residential and commercial projects throughout Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire.
The chartered practice, founded in 2007, was triumphant at The Northern Design Awards.
The prestigious awards are highly sought after and this year the firm won Best residential Architectural Practice in the North and Best Concept Design.
SDA Architecture, based in Cheapside, was up against some large design studios from Cheshire and Manchester.
Katie Lewis-Pierpoint said: “To win is not only a big achievement for us as a company but also for the town of Chorley.
“Our practice is constantly at the cutting edge of design and the homes that we design are some of the most innovative in the industry.
“We gain planning approval for the most difficult sites including virgin green belt land and in areas of outstanding natural beauty.”
She added: “We are a husband and wife team and are 100 per cent focused on pushing the boundaries of architecture and planning to allow our clients to achieve their dream homes.”
