Staff from a Chorley restaurant are preparing to branch out and take their fine food to pastures new as the business continues to flourish.
Camerons Restaurant, which is set in the grounds of Birkacre Garden Centre, has gained a reputation as the perfect place for a quiet coffee, light lunch or three-course meal. Diners can even bring their own wine to the restaurant and corkage is free.
Now, owners and joint directors of the restaurant, Sue and Chris Cameron, are rolling out their outside catering operation, called ‘Food Design by Camerons’.
Although it already has a healthy following, Sue and Chris - who is also the chef in charge of creating the fine cuisine - are looking forward to taking their creativity and service to even more people in 2011.
The outside catering arm of the business is ready and raring to attend functions including christenings, weddings, funerals and even private dinner parties.
Sue Cameron said: “The business has continued to go from strength to strength and we’ve been delighted to help create the perfect menu for many events in Chorley and beyond.”
