Kyle Shaun Woodburne, 30, of Great Meadow, Chorley, was given a 75-day prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after he failed to give a breath specimen when required to do so when driving. Stuart Anthony Lord, 46, of Hollinshead Street, Chorley, admitted stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels, worth £27, from Booths. He was fined £40 and had to pay £30 victim surcharge.

John Bernard Newbury, 42, of Brantwood Drive, Leyland, was fined £660 for failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Wayne Peel, 35, of Regent Road, Chorley, was fined £220 for driving at a speed exceeding the legal 30mph limit along Eaves Lane. He was ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and court costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

James Allan Porter, 31, of Manor House Close, Leyland, was fined £440 for driving at a speed exceeding the legal 30mph along Garstang Road, Catterall. He also had to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His licence was also endorsed with five points.

Lee Pemberton, 47, of Moss Lane, Farrington Moss, was fined £354 for driving a car without third party insurance. He was ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. His licence was endorsed with six points.
