Richard Dornan, 37, Larch Avenue, Chorley, was disqualified from driving for six months for driving without a licence and insurance. Damon Holding, 62, of Arcon Road, Coppull, was fined £660 by Preston magistrates for driving without insurance. He was also fined £220 for driving without a valid licence. He had to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His record was endorsed with six points. The offences happened in Pall Mall, Chorley, on September 22.
Anthony Ainsworth, 52, of Chorcliffe Mews, Hollinshead Street, Chorley, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months by Preston magistrates for stealing perfume from The Fragrance Shop, Chorley, on September 7. He had to pay £70 compensation.
Ryan Gibbons, 19, of Queensway, Leyland, was given a conditional discharge by Preston magistrates for six months for stealing vodka. He had to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. The offence happened in Morrisons, Leyland, on February 10.
Jason Lee Sutton, 25, of Blackburn Street, Chorley, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, for destroying a bench, soap dispenser and toilet handle belonging to Preston Magistrates’ Court. He had to pay £115 victim surcharge. The offence happened on March 9.
Michael Owen Slater, 29, of NFA, was given a community order with a curfew to an address in Leyland for stealing alcohol and an unwrapped present from a woman. He also stole £10 from a man. He had to pay £25 compensation and £30 court costs, The offences happened in Leyland on December 18 and February 19.
