Brendan Patrick Butler, 41, of Grove Street, Leyland, was fined £200 by Chorley magistrates for driving without wearing a seat belt. He also had to pay £85 court costs and £30 victim surcharge. The offence happened in Darwen on August 17.
Carl William Holt, 49, of Park Road, Coppull, was fined £138 by Preston magistrates for attending an address whilst under a non-molestation order. He had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. The offence happened on June 14.
William Gavin Brown, 36, of NFA, was given a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement by Preston magistrates for stealing alcohol worth £205 from Morrisons in Leyland. He also had to pay £85 victim surcharge. The offence happened whilst under a conditional discharge on June 1.
Geraldine Benson, 41, of Balshaw Road, Leyland, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months by Preston magistrates for stealing two electronic irons and two children’s toys to the value of £72 from ASDA in Clayton-le-Woods. She had to pay £20 victim surcharge and £71.91 compensation. The offence happened on April 22.
Ross James Martindale, 24, of Moor Road, Chorley, was disqualified from driving for 20 months by Preston magistrates for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol. He also had to pay £550 fine, £55 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving record was endorsed. The offence happened in Cleveland Street, Chorley, on May 12.
Jamie Lee Higginson, 20, of The Bridge, Clarence Street, Chorley, was given a community order with a curfew for stealing four Nintendo Switch controllers worth £120 from Game in Chorley. He was also charged with committing fraud to make a gain. He had to pay £119.96 compensation to Game and £10 to CEX. The offences happened on April 4.
