Greg Sharrock, 23, of Lydiate Lane, Eccleston, was given a community with unpaid work by Preston magistrates for driving without due care and attention, resulting in colliding with a stone wall. He was also charged with causing damage to a wall and failing to stop. He was also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His record was endorsed with 10 points. The offence happened in Grape Lane, Eccleston, on January 28.

Adam James Cadman, 24, of Hollinshead Stree, Chorley, was given a community order with drug rehabilitation by Preston magistrates for stealing Hugo Boss Orange sunglasses worth £149 from Specsavers. He also had to pay £85 victim surcharge. The offence happened on March 25.

George Henry Matwiejew, 63, of The Crescent, Chorley, was disqualified from diving for six months for failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
