Patricia Berry, 54, of Stump Lane, Chorley, was fined £40 by Chorley magistrates for driving at a speed exceeding the legal 30mph in Bengal Street, Chorley, on June 30. She had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £30 court costs. Her record was endorsed with three points.

Zackery West, 31, of Great Meadow, Chorley, was fined £80 by Chorley magistrates for driving without due care and attention in Wood Lane, Heskin, on July 19. He had to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. His record was endorsed with five points.

Max Brown, 48, of Hunters Road, Leyland, was fined £107 by Chorley magistrates for driving at a speed exceeding the legal 30mph in Victoria Street, Chorley, on May 19.. He had to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. His record was endorsed with three points.

Matthew Colin Simon, 30, of School Lane, Euxton, was disqualified from driving for six months for not giving information about a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Gary Byrne, 27, of Clayton Avenue, Leyland, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months by Preston magistrates for damaging an intercom set belonging to Chorley Council. He had to pay £20 compensation and £20 victim surcharge. The offence happened on February 24.
