Helen Eccles, 63, of Fernleigh, Leyland, was fined £660 by Chorley magistrates for failing to give information relating to a motoring offence. She also had to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. She was disqualified from driving for six months and her record was endorsed with six points. The offence happened on May 9.

Callum Ahmed, 40, of Eaves Lane, Chorley, was disqualified from driving for 12 months by Chorley magistrates for driving without due care and attention and without a valid licence and insurance. He also had to pay £120 fines, £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving record was also endorsed. The offence happened on March 22.

Lewis Jake Banks, 24, of St Clements Avenue, Farington, Leyland, was fined £80 by Preston magistrates for stealing £295 from JD Sports in Chorley between September 5 and 12. He also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Kyle Millington, 19, of Lewis Close, Adlington, was fined £120 for driving and causing damage to another vehicle, when he appeared at Preston Magistrates’ Court. He also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving record was endorsed with seven points. The offence happened in Portland Street, in Chorley, on September 16.

Lee Stanley Stock, 42, of Cotswold Road, Chorley, was given a community order with a curfew, for stealing a 55” HD smart TV from ASDA, in Chorley. Preston magistrates also ordered him to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. The offence happened on May 19.

Anthony Robert Stott, 66, of Halliwell Court, Chorley, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months by Preston magistrates for stealing shaving products worth £266 from Morrison’s in Chorley. He had to pay £20 victim surcharge. The offence happened on September 8.
