Licence plate is taken from a car

A REGISTRATION plate was stolen from a Ford Mondeo car in Chorley.

The incident took place on Beechfields in Eccleston between 6pm on June 22 and 8.10 am on June 25.

The offender approached the property which was parked on the driveway and made off from the scene.

Criminal damage to a parked car

A CAR was damaged on Crawford Avenue after a vandal scratch the nearside door.

It is believed the offender used a key or a sharp implement to do the damage.

The incident took place between 11pm on June 22 and 9am on June 23 to the locked Toyota Hilux which was parked on the road.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101.

Shoplifting from Chorley store

A 30cl bottle of Asda vodka was taken from the store on Water Street.

It happened at around 7.34pm on June 22 as the male believed to be white, mid to late 20s with dark brown hair wearing a dark grey jacket and tracksuit bottoms walked out of the store

He concealed the bottle worth £5.52 in his clothing.
