Lancashire woman charged with murder after man dies following stabbing in Bolton

An Adlington woman has been charged with murder after a man died following a stabbing at an address in Bolton.

Jolene Hulme, from Daisy Hill Drive, Adlington, has been accused of murder after an incident on December 30, 2018.

Police were called to reports a man had been stabbed at a house on Montserrat Road, in Johnson Fold, Bolton just before 1am.

A man was taken to hospital in critical condition but died over a week later on January 11, 2019.

The 35-year-old has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Wigan Magistrates’ Court today (May 7).
