A wanted man was arrested after falling onto the train tracks at Preston railway station.
A man accidentally fell onto the tracks at Preston railway station on Monday morning (June 27).
The casualty – who was “suspected to be under the influence of drugs” – was not injured in the fall.
A police check showed the man had been wanted on recall to prison since May 1.
“He was arrested and taken into custody,” a spokesman for British Transport Police said.
