A Costcutter in Chorley has improved on its food hygiene rating, new data reveals.
The shop in 94 - 96 Harpers Lane is now rated four stars - a drastic change from its previous one star rating.
Inspectors rated it 'good' for hygienic food handling and cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
it was also rated 'generally satisfactory' for management of food safety.
Store manager Debbie Duckworth previously said to the Post that "there wasn’t that much we actually failed on" and she "was a bit miffed" at the rating.
