LATEST: Voting closed across Chorley

The ballot boxes have slammed shut across Chorley and voting is now closed for the General Election 2015.

The votes are now on there way to Chorley’s Town Hall where they be verified and counted.

Battling it out for the MP’s seat in Chorley is Labour’s Lindsay Hoyle, Conservative Rob Loughenbury, UKIP’s Mark Smith, Liberal Democrat Stephen Fenn, Independent candidate Adrian Maudsley and the Green Party’s Alistair Straw.
