Members of Leyland Golf Club have raised more than £13,000 for children with life limiting conditions.

Lady Captain Carol Farrington hosted a fashion show, whilst the Captain David Brierley held a charity golf day which was attended by over 160 golfers who enjoyed a competitive round of golf, an evening meal where prizes were awarded for the winning players and an auction which raised more than £2,500 alone.

Altogether, with a number of other event, the club raised £13,800 for Derian House children's hospice in Chorley.
