The owners of one of the areas finest homes wants to make it even grander, new homes could be built on a Midge Hall Farm site, and Baxi could see a new telecommunications station at it’s Club Street site.
Elsewhere, in Longton a small residential development could see one of it’s houses turned into a house of multiple occupation for adults with complex needs.

2. The Oaks, Hill Road, Penwortham
The owners of The Oaks have applied for permission to build a single storey side extension to link with an existing garage.
The aim is to create an entertainment area and gym with associated facilities.

Plans have been launched to build a base station for telecommunications at the Baxi site in Club Street.
