Hollinwood Homes has launched a new showhome at Ashton Bank, the housebuilder’s new homes development in Ashton-on-Ribble.

The showhome is a Calvert housetype, a large three bedroom home that is perfect for growing families.

Visitors to Ashton Bank can now get a real feel for how their new home could look once they move in. Not only does the Calvert showhome display all the appliances and designer interior features that come as standard with new Hollinwood Homes properties, it has also been furnished by the company’s trained interior designers.

On the ground floor, there is a self-contained fully fitted kitchen and a spacious combined lounge and dining room with French doors leading to a beautifully landscaped garden.

The three bedrooms are on the first and second floors A Juliet balcony is one of the features of the second bedroom on the first floor, while the master bedroom on the second floor has an ensuite bathroom and its own walk-in dressing room.

Starting prices for Calvert housetypes at Ashton Bank are £154,950.

When complete, Ashton Bank will consist of 138 new homes and the Calvert is one of ten different housetypes are on offer at the development.

With such a range, there is a home for everyone, from first time buyers to growing families looking for extra space.

Many can be bought with help from Hollinwood First, a dedicated scheme for first time buyers in Preston, which helps people on the property ladder when they thought they would never get the chance.

Under Hollinwood First, qualifying purchasers can own a new home but pay just 80 per cent of the purchase price and only make a five per cent deposit.

The development is the only one of its kind in Lancashire to be built to such a level.
