POLICE APPEAL: Motorbike stolen from Chorley car shop

Police are appealing for help after a motorcycle was stolen from a car dealership in Chorley.

The Honda off-road motorbike was taken from Euxton Car Sales, Wigan Road, Euxton.

Chorley Police say that the bike was later seen being ridden along Dawbers

Lane in the direction of Croston.

A force spokesman said they have reason to believe it is still actively being ridden in the Lostock Hall area and that residents around the area may have seen it.

Anybody with information about the theft, which took place between 5pm and 10.15pm on Tuesday, July 26, is being asked to help with the appeal.

Witnesses are being asked to call 101 and ask for PC Causey from Chorley Police regarding crime number SC1604741.
