Storyteller's bizarre show
Performance storyteller Debs Newbold is bringing her new show Lost in Blue to Ingol Library.
Describing herself as a “performer, word-wrangler and crowd tamer”, she says her powerful storytelling brings together the poetic and the irreverent, the epic and the everyday and the ancient and the defiantly modern.

Speaking ahead of the performances, Newbold spoke about the show and the joys of touring.
“Lost in Blue is a show with an intimate feel that deals in big, epic stuff – the stuff of life, really,” she said.
“One of the things I enjoy about rural touring is how the venues feel so intimate but often the life of the whole community is in that room with you.

Lost In Blue is described as a “wonderfully bizarre one-woman” show by reviewers ahead of the UK tour.
The show at Ingol Library, which is suitable for ages 15 and over, takes place on Saturday, March 12 at 3pm and tickets are available by contacting the venues directly.
Anyone interested can call the library staff on 0300 1236703.
